Summary: | 博士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所博士班 === 101 === According to International Data Corporation (IDC), the worldwide prediction for cloud computing services market opportunity for 2013 is US 420 billion. Because cloud computing services include e-mail, server-based computing, data storage, data transfer, application software, and system services. There is a tendency among firms to adopt powerful technology thus can improve efficiency and achieve competitive benefits. This dissertation is supported by case studies where examples in each perspective are used to illustrate its effectiveness and contributions to firms adopting it and focuses on the development of assessment cloud computing services evaluation model, the quality attributes of cloud computing and by intention to explore the high-tech industry from three perspectives (technology orientation, customer orientation, marketing orientation).
Firstly, study one explore cloud computing technical requirements model from a supply side perspective, the results show the 16 technical requirements for the construction of broadband, cross-platform and control technology for three important technical characteristics. Secondly, study two care from customer needs perspective explore cloud computing service quality attributes, studies have shown cross-platform services, accreditation services and backup system services that the firm is of the opinion that the most important quality factors. Thirdly, in study three, the TOE model from the adoption perspective to explore firms to adopt cloud computing intention, the finding revealed improvement relative advantage, top management support and firm size as the impact of firm cloud computing the three most important factors.
In summary, this dissertation examines vast criteria for cloud computing services and concludes that an integrated approach including Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), Kano model, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and TOE model has important potential to reference the adoption cloud computing of the high-tech industry. It develops a unique methodology employing a various model specifically focused on customer needs and technical requirements on cloud computing to enhance cloud computing services quality and promote firms to adopt cloud computing.
