Under the knowledge of aging, the physiological knowledge of aging has the highest score, followed by the psychological knowledge of aging, and the social knowledge of aging was the least. The aging threat of the elderly was at lower degree. Under the category of physical activity, household scored 1.67 (SD: .60), sports and leisure activities scored 7.11 (SD: 5.72). higher activity compared with the literature. Majority elderly do about two kinds of sports and activities and going for a walk is the common one. There was a significant difference between religion and knowledge of aging and perceived health status and aging threat. Men did more physical activity and sport activity more than women, however, women did more household than men. Married people , People with associate degree , People with better perceived health status and Buddhists did more physical activity , There is no correlation between knowledge of aging and aging threats among community elderly with chronic diseases. In addition, there was no correlation between aging threats and physical activity. However, there was a positive correlation among knowledge of aging, sport activity and household. There was a positive correlation among physical knowledge of aging, physical activity, and sport activity. Psychological knowledge of aging positively correlates with physical activity. Also, social knowledge of aging positively correlates with household. Furthermore, Buddhism, associate degree, age, male, and knowledge of aging could explain a total of 20.3% of the variance of physical activity according to stepwise regression. Based on the results, our suggestions are that healthcare providers should work on strengthening elder people's knowledge of aging in order to increase physical activity, especially physiological knowledge of aging can be used to enhance the sports activity and the social knowledge of aging can improve household activity.
