The E-books have also become the contemporary library actively purchasing electronic resources. While development of the E-book collections, The study focuses on the technology of the E-book circulation mode, for providing a main direction of the operation of E-books in a digital library.
In general, constructing the E-book digital environment, we must first build processes in the collection of E-books. Of course, publisher will use digital encryption to construct a security environment. However, due to the variety of book formats, it is big challenge to construct a safe platform. Of course, seeking an absolute security program is difficult. In other words, to reach the safety management of the E-book, it seems that not only limited to seeking technical but also legal support. This study suggests that the primary consideration of the library is how to build proper and appropriate circulation mode for E-books users .
The study suggests that for the modern digital library, we not only use the E-book circulation services provided by publishers, but also develope its own E-book cloud circulation counters. The library should promote E-book cloud reading service model and rich the content. It should be the next step for the digital library and E-book publishers.
