This research mainly wants to analyze fuel cell in the home and abroad of put an exhibition, the fuel cell is in Taiwan in nowadays didn't way yet universal, because his development cost is very high, the technique has already arrived as well very mature, this research wants to find out the development potential of fuel cell with how expand, reach an use to popularize. This research is to use a system dynamic state the emulation analysis and AHP layer class analyze the power of each component of fuel cell to weigh a ratio and come to use SWOT analysis and wave again five powers be especially analytical to come to analyze each development potential of fuel cell, again find out how to expand an universal method.
