The consequence of this research appears that the job satisfaction is the mediator between the distributive justice & the job involvement. More involvement of the employees will lead to more achievement & further, to higher self-esteem, more job satisfaction, & more distributive justice. In the meantime, the job involvement is highly influenced by the individual character.
