碩士 === 吳鳳科技大學 === 應用數位媒體研究所 === 101 === With the vigorous development of teaching media, not only are leaners providers provdied a variety of learning methods, but also a long-standing gap between urban and rural education resources is narrowed. However, due to the richness of the various types of teaching media and the ways of learners passing their information, the study attempted to use the modified Delphi Method to explore the applicablity of information richness theory for the technical teaching in the hospitality and home economics category. The study indicated that most experts agreed that the richness of face-to-face teaching media was the highest, followed by audio-visual media, E-learning, video tape and DVD, and then the writing instructional media, while the distribution of slides (computer presentation)was less clear. Based on the above findings, this study proposed the discussion of applicability. Keywords: Information Richness Theory, Modified Delphi Method, Teaching Media
