However, due to the richness of the various types of teaching media and the ways of learners passing their information, the study attempted to use the modified Delphi Method to explore the applicablity of information richness theory for the technical teaching in the hospitality and home economics category. The study indicated that most experts agreed that the richness of face-to-face teaching media was the highest, followed by audio-visual media, E-learning, video tape and DVD, and then the writing instructional media, while the distribution of slides (computer presentation)was less clear. Based on the above findings, this study proposed the discussion of applicability. Keywords: Information Richness Theory, Modified Delphi Method, Teaching Media
