In order to solve these two limitations, we offer a considerable potential for development and empirical viable innovative design. We use a kite (or other appropriate, and without energy-intensive aircraft), to rise wind turbines rise into the air at high altitude, where the wind is much more strong and persistent. The strong and stable wind is used to drive wind turbine power generation operation. We have achieved the initial success. Based on preliminary research, this project will do the following research and improvements, so that the idea of the power generation system of this air becomes more practical and our airborne wind turbine has been a more mature commercial operation system. The improvements we have made in this thesis include: (1) increase the lifting force and stability of the kite (and a helium balloon), in order that we use the improved kite to hang a wind turbine at high altitude, which can produce bigger electricity output power; (2) optimize our airborne wind turbine.
