Description
Summary:碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 101 === This study is based on the rule of material mix design of the specification ACI211.1 toallocate the materials of the concrete. For the concrete admixed polycarboxylatewater-reducing and polypropylene (PP) fiberadmixtures, one proceedsa series of mechanical tests to investigate the effectsonthe macrostructure and microstructure of the new and harded concretes. The effects of thetest parameters on the physic propertiesof the PPfiber concrete admixed the polycarboxylatewater-reducing admixtureare investigated by the orthogonal test method. The macrostructure and microstructure of the concrete structuresare analyzed, andthe superior mix design of the strength for the concrete are also determined. The test results show that the effect order relation from large to small on the early strength of the concrete admixed thePPfiberand polycarboxylatewater-reducing admixtures is the content of water-reducing admixture, water-to-cement ratio, binder-to-sand ratio, content of PPfiberadmixture, the variety of water-reducing admixture, admixedway, and mixed time. The results of data analyses from the orthogonal test method exhibit that the superior mix design of the PP fiber concrete are the parametes of the 0.15%content of PP fiberadmixture, 0.5%content of water-reducing admixture, 0.62water-to-cement ratio, 1:1.8 binder-to-sand ratio, 50variety of water-reducingadmixture, 9minutesof mixed time, andsimultaneously admixedway.
