Summary: | 碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊經營學系(所) === 101 === The Desktop virtualization, referred as Desktop-as-a-Service, is a type of cloud computing, in which a user can get his desktop profiles at any time, in any places, and with any device through web environments. The advantages of the desktop cloud, such as centralized management, mobile office, data security and cost down, make flexible deploying applications while operations are changed. This study mined classification rules, which indicate the factors influencing the employee acceptance of the desktop cloud by decision tree algorithms, a kind of data mining technologies.
We use decision tree algorithms provided by IBM Modeler 14.2, including C5.0, CART, CHAID and QUEST, to mine classification rules. A classification rule such as “if A and B, then C” is a simply way to indicate that the factors which imply a result. Before mining classification rules, the data are preprocessed with the anomaly detection and the feature selection.
As W company an example, we consider that the well desktop virtualization training, the high computer self-efficacy, the Employee's role type and the legacy system are the important factors influencing the employee acceptance of the desktop virtualization.
