All the companies and organizations are bound to face the changes come all of a sudden, such as organization scope expanding, business transforming and so on, and all of these dramatically changes will lead to the rise of employees, complication of business, employees become busy unusually and inefficiency. Organizations often need to use various management methods and take necessary actions to face the impacts and enhance their competitiveness; this process is called business process reengineering (as known as BPR). In order to obtain significant improvements in key performance of business, the threshold of reengineering is to rethink processes fundamentally. Our research will combine theory and practice, and use the case of department Q in ODM to illustrate how the department proceeds with organization process reengineering to face the impacts brought by Microsoft’s brand-new operating system and new test kit lead-in.
