Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊經營學系(所) === 101 === In order to prepare for the coming of the ageing society, applying information and communication technology into tele-home care services has become a trend for senior care services. Due to the postwar baby boom and under the impact of the trend of fewer children, the ageing population rapidly grew in Taiwan. However, no matter the government, the families, or individuals seem unprepared to deal with the problems resulting from an ageing society. Therefore, the current issue that needs to be solved promptly is to help the elderly to maintain better living qualities. Based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (abbreviated as UTAUT)proposed by Venkattest et al.(2003), this thesis investigates on the key factors that influence the behavioral intention of service demanders to use tele-home care services. The results show that there is a significant effect on the attempt to use tele-home care services made by performance expectancy and social influence. In addition, when doing the analysis by the variables of sexes, ages, experiences and voluntary moderator, the results show that moderator can modify the behavioral intention. The research results can serve as valuable references for governmental institutes and home-care industry to constantly promote tele-home care services.
