So, how to improve the efficiency and reduce the dimension of the portable device is a direction of technological development. For technological development, SOC is a good choice. LDO (Low-dropout regulator) can provide a stable and accurate supply voltage. It is low cost, easy to use, active noise filtering and generation of multiple output voltages from a single source. In this thesis, the key point is off-chip capacitor free, which can reduce the usage of PCB space to reduce the dimension of SOC. In addition, we employed the circuit design technique to reduce Q factor of the complex poles and improve the transient response.
