Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 電機工程學系(所) === 101 === The principal concept of this thesis is to use field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the core of the embedded system with an analog to digital converter to establish an active sensing system to realize a measurement system for AC input power, and then display data real-time on LCD touch panel.Prior to the developing, the embedded system is divided into two parts, hardware architecture and software layers design. We use DE2-70 development board with the chip Cyclone II EP2C70F896. System hardware architecture uses Quartus II and SOPC to designed, and control algorithm is written by verilog hardware description language programming for FPGA key logic embedded software.System software layer is applied in the software environment using Nios II and write C language programing design to controling the LCD touch panel. An active sensing system paired with optical coupler and amplifier to control the load input power at the end of electromagnetic contactor excitation coil so as to achieve load input power conduction and disconnection of the control. From experimental results by using AC input ranging from 90V - 264V and variable DC output loads within 550W, the AC input current absolute error is about 0.2A in different load cases, which shows that the effectiveness and availability of the proposed active sensing controller program algorithm.
