Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊工程學系(所) === 101 === The development of IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) is the current trend imperatively, since the IPv4 (Internet Protocol Version 4)IP address has been exhausted in 2011and the IPv4 address will not be issued by IANA (Internet Assigned Numbers Authority). In the era of extensive use of the network, IPv4 has been insufficient use, thus, a new generation of IPv6 will replace IPv4 standard. In this thesis, an MDLS (Multi-Protocol Dual-Stack Label Switching) based IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack-Lite mechanism has been proposed to achieve the dual structure in a simple mechanism. Through the high efficiency of packet transmission of the MDLS, the transmission delay caused by dismantling the packet in the Dual-Stack Lite architecture can be compensated. .The experimental results show that an acceptable performance can be achieved by applying the proposed simple architecture.
