People can get sick easily if the food is unsafe. Junior high school students are busy studying and many students have no time eating their three meals at home. Instead of eating at home, they choose food that is convenient to buy. But the food they eat has food additives in it. Food additives are everywhere and easy to be ignored, have played an important part in our health life. Health teenagers are the greatest treasure of a society. The individual’s behavior and attitude toward health are mostly established since one’s adolescence. Therefore, it is worthwhile to understand the teenagers’ concern for food additives. Of all the students, the ninth graders behaved worst in eating behaviors. 2. The ninth graders had the best knowledge toward food additives. And there was positive relevance between the knowledge toward food additives and attitudes toward food additives. The students with good knowledge of food additives had good attitudes. The attitudes toward food additives were positive correlated with the food consuming behaviors toward food additives.
