The seven, eight, and nine grade student were selectd in this study.Baking course
were though for 20 weeks, The class was met once in a week . Three dimensions of the assessment were performed:(1)capability of using tool.(2) baking skills. (3)learning attitude.conclusion of observations:(1) From the research results through functional training, special students' learning ability can be developed, and maintained. Occupational therapy curriculum in junior high school plays an important rule. It is helpful for those students to continue in vocational high school study . (2) When students find their interest in the daily life, the cognitive systems may develop accordingly (3) Masteing learming, and simplifing the curriculum is the key factors to improve the functions of teaching.
