Through in-depth interviews, literature collection, and analysis in this study, the text data was analyzed through the phenomenology study method in order to depict the important influential factors contributing to the athletes’ persistence on training. The research purposes include: (1) Search important influential factors contributing to the athletes’ persistence on training; (2) Explore the priority of the teaching goals set for elementary school physical education teachers; (3) Reveal the society’s contradictory expectations for athletes and elementary school physical education classes. Therefore, the meaning and value of the establishment of physical education classes should be taken into serious consideration. Athletes need the transition and accumulation of a sense of achievement, thus forming positive thinking, rather than obtaining it from competitive sports. In school education, the key competencies of students needed in the 21st century are cultivated, and the rights of the physical education class students should be prioritized before the system, thereby eliciting students’ talents and abilities. Only by fostering a diversity of talents through this mode of thinking can our country achieve prosperity. Huang, Guang-Xian 黃光獻 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 117 zh-TW |
