This study analyzed the country has implemented emergency medical fee system advantages and disadvantages. After considering creating a set fee system. Purpose is to be able to really play the function of the fee system. Can actually reduce the extent of abuse. In order to emergency medical resources achieve more efficient use of.
Conclusions: 1.Triage fine. Discrimination through triage after the fourth, five patients shall be fine. 2.Tube the patients with recurrent drunken way down. Each year more than ten times drunken way down record.
3. Distant hospital charges. So that people can not arbitrarily pick away to the hospital. Specified range to the hospital. No longer stressed emergency duty hospital.4. Raise fees to 2,000 yuan. Reduce people for emergency medical resource use wishes.
