Being an animator, I always try to present conception and aesthetics to reflect on my work, which means, I transform my life experiences and painting style to graphic images, and those graphic images gradually becomes animation. This research describes the animation short “Requiem of green land”which contains my creative process, most importantly, aesthetics of picture books has big inspiration to me. Therefore, I convey my feelings to create the main character, a little boy who lives in an uncertain place; he suffers the fear and solitude, and has to face the past memories.
