The Accessibility Program makes museums become more accessible and makes all kinds of audiences could find their own learning method in museums. Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are different in social communication, defined interesting and replicated behaviors. ASD children especially have problems on dealing with actions and emotions, and this situation would affect them can not fit in the social, as well as in the museum experiences. This thesis is to understand the museum experiences of ASD children and their parents by interview method. Through the accompanied person’s description and responses, we could know their experiences and demanding, and museums could provide more suitable services for them. According to the research, because of parents giving the facilities, leisure and educational function of museums positive attitude, they usually choose museums as the main place where ASD children learning social activities. However, the disordered emotion control is the serious problem when ASD children visiting museums. Therefore, the families usually pay attention on the spatial plan of museums, in order to help ASD children to modify their emotions when it is necessary. What’s more, parents or companions also hope that museums could offer customized guides or maps for reducing the visitors nervous of the unfamiliar space. Finally, the family have high attitude towards revisiting museums. Parents usually choose multisensory exhibitions but single-sensory in order to encourage ASD children learning how to modify and control their emotions from the environmental stimulation and inspire the intention of learning.
