That raises the concept of quality breeding, further, results in vigorousness of relative services. Take Taiwan dog pet groom services for example, the conservative estimations of market size are 230 million for pet dog. These show the service industry just enter leading period, however, that also reveals the urgent need to quality employee and the inadequacy in the staff train. Based the semi-structured interviews of talented personnel, this study explores the factors influencing the image and service quality of dog pet grooming services. Furthermore, the research limitations and recommendations are offered. This study tries to process the exploratory, confirmation, validation analysis about brand identification and service quality.
