Fuzzy Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were adopted as the main research methods. First through the analysis of literature review, a “questionnaire on construction of the university self-study indicators” was developed. Next, we invited 30 experts who are educational scholars, school evaluators, and entrepreneurs to compose a Fuzzy Delphi Group in order to reach a consensus. According to their opinions, we selected indicators and weighted each of them. Finally, “the university self-study indicators”were established. According to the above research methods and the analysis, the conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.The university self-study system contains “School self-positioning, vision and goals”, “School Management and Administration”, “Education Quality”, “Accountability and Social Services”, and “Quality assurance and sustainability”, 5 dimensions and 22 indicators and all have well fitness. 2.In the entire weight system, “Education Quality”was ranked as the most important whereas “Accountability and Social Services”was ranked the least important. 3.Among the five dimenstions, the most advantageous weight indicators are “School based on features, clear self-positioning”, “Promoting school development plan”, “Teachers Retainment mechanism and operation”, and“the quality assurance mechanisms of school continuous improvement”.
