For the purpose of this study, a questionnaire is employed to survey 383 teachers in new principal’s school at elementary and junior high schools in Taipei City, and 288 valid samples were collected. The data is analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression analysis to analyze teachers’ perception of teacher leadership and teacher organizational citizenship behavior, and their relationship is also examined. The findings of this study are as follow: 1. The overall rating toward elementary and junior high school teachers’ perception of teacher leadership and teacher organizational citizenship behavior is “good” level. 2. Teachers’ perception of teacher leadership does cause significant differences by different personal variables (sex, the position, and serving years). 3. Teachers’ perception of teacher organizational citizenship behavior does cause significant differences by different personal variables (the position, serving years, and school scale). 4. Teachers’ perception of teacher leadership has positive prediction to teacher organizational citizenship behavior, and the ”collaboration’’ is the most predictive dimension. According to the research findings, some suggestions are proposed for the educational administrative agencies, principals and for future research as well. 黃旭鈞 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 216 zh-TW
