To achieve the purposes, the Delphi technique and the questionnaire survey of relative weights are adopted to collect and analyze the opinions from sixteen experts to construct the dimensions, items, indicators, and relative weights of indicator system of administrators' positive leadership of educational administrative organization. The Expert Choice software is used as instrument to process the data. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is employed to establish relative weights of the indicator system. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. The indicator system of administrators' positive leadership of educational administrative organization is basically comprised of five dimensions and fifteen items. 2. There are forty-five appropriate indicators in the indicator system of administrators' positive leadership of educational administrative organization. 3. The indicator system of administrators' positive leadership of educational administrative organization is characterized by adequacy. 4. The dimension of "using positive communication" has the highest weight value in the indicator system of administrators' positive leadership of educational administrative organization. 5. The items of "friendly attitude", "mutual aid team", "interpersonal interaction", "positive thinking and mood ", "empathy and care", and "happiness and thanksgiving" have the highest weight value in the indicator system of administrators' positive leadership of educational administrative organization. 6. The item of "positive thinking and mood" is the most important in the dimension of "guiding positive thinking". 7. The item of "friendly attitude" is the most important in the dimension of "using positive communication". 8. The item of "mutual aid team" is the most important in the dimension of "building positive relationship". 9. The item of "empathy and care" is the most important in the dimension of "constructing positive atmosphere ". 10. The item of "happiness and thanksgiving" is the most important in the dimension of "creating positive value".
