From the survey returned, 295 were coded accounted of 96% in final response rate. The valid data analyzed by SPSS for windows 18.0 software. Methodogies for statistical analysis included descriptive statistics , Independent samples t test, One-way ANOVA, LSD post hoc comparison and One-way ANOVA repeated measures, etc. The results of this research obtained are as follows:1.In considering the coach paternalistic leadership to the first class elementary school basketball players in Taiwan, the values from high to low were(1)moral leadership, (2)authoritarian leadership, (3)benevolent leadership,likewise, the training satisfaction of the first class elementary school basketball players, the values from high to low were: (1)team relationship and coach’s leadership; (2)training plan; (3)individual performance. 2.The significant different of paternalistic leadership of coachs are weekly training hours and physical classes. (3) The significant different of training satisfaction are genders, training years , physical classes, weekly training hours. 3.Coach paternalistic leadership and training satisfaction of the first class elementary school basketball players in Taiwan has the low relevancies.
