There were 274 effective samples.The statistic analysis performed were descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA and two-way ANOVA. The main results of the study were shown as follows: 1. Most of teaching science and technology for Middle-grade student of elementary school teachers graduated from non-science and engineering. The ratio total sample is 60.9%. More than 80% of the teachers did not participate in the study of the weather forecast. 2. The teaching science and technology for Middle-grade student of elementary school teachers show high scores situation on the cognitive of weather forecast concept. 3. The most situation to obtain weather forecast comes from the Central Weather Bureau. 4. The teaching science and technology for Middle-grade student of elementary school teachers agree on instructional design.
