Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育政策與領導研究所碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between total quality management and institutional administrative effectiveness at air force higher education institutions. Questionnaires were sent to 630 personnel at two air force higher education institutions. A total of 555 questionnaires were returned, of which 526 were considered valid, creating an effective response rate of 94.8%. Statistical methods included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis. Results show that: 1.Total quality management and institutional administrative effectiveness at air force higher education institutions are above the intermediate level. 2.Perception of total quality management is higher among personnel of age 36-40, holds an administrative position, with 11-20 years of service, has an education level of bachelor’s degree or below, has advanced military education, and belongs to the skill training institution. 3.Perception of institutional administrative effectiveness is higher among males and personnel of age 36-40, holds an administrative position, has 11-15 years of serve, has an education level of bachelor’s degree or below, has advanced military education, and belongs to the skill training institution. 4.There is a positive correlation between total quality management and administrative effectiveness at air force higher education institutions. 5.There is above intermediate predictive power for total quality management and administrative effectiveness at air force higher education institutions. Based on the above conclusions, recommendations were provided to military colleges, military education authorities, and future researchers.
