碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學學系企業經營碩士在職專班 === 101 === Since 2000, Legislation of Medical Radiologist has been legislatived, Medical Radiologist''s professional beginning to receive attention, and in recent years, Chinese Association of Radiological Technologists and all advanced Medical Radiologist’s efforts been made towards international forward, and cultivate a quality Medical Radiologist still need government units, schools and medical institutions jointly attention and nurturing. For the past Medical Radiologist research career is not much, and the domestic Medical Radiologist practice as a sample, and the study also included radiology department students and the abroad Medical Radiologist practice to explore "learning satisfaction", "internship satisfaction, "organizational justice", "job satisfaction" affect their Vocational commitment to the relationship between career commitment and find to related. The analysis results are as follows :(1) Learning satisfaction, Internship satisfaction has a significant impact on the career commitment.(2) Organizational justice,Job satisfaction has a significant impact on the career commitment.(3) Vocational commitment has a significant impact on the Career commitment. Radiology department students in their school learning satisfaction, internship satisfaction and produce Vocational commitment will affect career commitment tendencies; Medical Radiologist will affect their job satisfaction and produce Vocational commitment career commitment tendencies.
