Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木與防災研究所 === 101 === According to the Government Procurement Act, the Public Construction Commission promotes the quality control system to assure results of public works to conform their designs and specifications. The Public Construction Quality Control Guidelines had been formulated and operated for a while. From the results of the Taipei City Government monitoring their subordinate works, the overall average score is 80.38 points. According to the construction scale, more than 50 million NT dollars works had better score on average 81.79 points, the smaller works, more than 1 million NT dollars and less than 10 millions, had the worst average score of 78.1 points. The works handled by engineering authorities had higher score of 80.88 points on average and by non-engineering authorities had less than 80 points. The rapid transit works and drinking water works which were specially categories had the highest average score of 85.04 points and 83.03 points respectively, but ordinary repair works and electrical engineering only had average score of 78.01 points and 79.03 points. And the monitored works have 18.68 defects on average. Whatever according to the scale, monitored scores, categories, and project authorities, the defects were concentrated in a few items. The number of the defects accumulated by the front 9 items accounted for more than 20% of all and by the front 16 items accounted for more than 30%. The problems of whether could these defects be avoided or could the quality control system be improved are worth studying. Compared to the 2239 works in average every year, only 155 works were monitored, accounted for 6.92%, how to make a limited proportion of the construction monitoring maximum performance to enhance the quality of construction works is an valuable research in the future.
