System operating frequency is 3GHZ generate by using PLL module which generate stable frequency,signaling through the high conversion efficiency of microstrip line CLASS-E power amplifier. Signal amplification after entering the transmitter high directivity 2X2 microstrip array antenna. Finally, the receiving end of a rectifier circuit and the load connected to an LED light as a symbol to remind,when the LED lights that have received electromagnetic waves. Transmitter uses PLL module. In order to control the output frequency of PLL,we use micro poccessor to set the divisor of PLL locked frequency 3GHz by C code. High conversion efficiency of the transmission line CLASS-E power amplifier design using Agilent ADS 2009 as the reference to amplify the signal. We use Ansoft HFSS 11 to do the simulation for the high-directivity microstrip 2 x 2 antenna array, and as the reference of the practical receiving antenna.We use preliminary design of the rectifier circuit simulatedon Agilent ADS 2009 as the practical circuit, and high-frequency signal is rectified into DC power by this circuit. After several months of radiation,we found that the sex ratio of their offspring birth (male / female) was 86%,and blood analysis in animal experiments later discovered anatomical variation.
