Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 101 === The pan-head yarn feeder of this research includes: pan head, yarn buffer and detectors. The properties of this design are: yarn buffer between pan head and knitting machine to buffer the length of yarns, 3 rows of detectors are utilized to evaluate the upper limit and lower limit of the control unit and to notify the user when a break of the yam takes place. The merits of this design are precision tension control, large range of motion for displacement plate in buffer device to minimize the chance of stopping the machine. This research collected all literatures, defined design conditions and control logic, constructed 3D model by CAD software, verified interference, simulated the motion to ensure the correctness of the working mechanism. Finally, prototype was built and tested to check feasibility. The related results of this research were filed for patent application.
