The research result, with gray theory to predict the future load demand of the value that the user uninstall utility allows immediate indicators; through this system of cumulative annual electricity consumption data, and analyze the optimal contract capacity, saving basic electricity costs and to provide electricity building and school administrators applied to the management contract capacity.
