In recent years energy shortage has become a serious problem. The direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) is a promising power source for low power applications such as portable electronics. However, there are some issues need to improve such as develop for dynamic model, control strategy for methanol concentration, and operating point analysis for different applications. Therefore, the analysis and control for DMFC under dynamic and static operation are presented. In detail, our research including following field: i) building a dynamic equivalent circuit model; ii) designing a sensor-less adaptive fuel concentration control algorithm under varying load; iii) optimizing the operating parameters to maximize the electrical energy; iv) analyzing the best operating condition to balance the energy retrieved and fuel consumed. After these steps we arrive with a well analysis and control strategy under different operating conditions. It is very beneficial to improve the performance of DMFC, whereas not involved in expensive materials and complex manufacture.Finally, from thesimulations and experiments, it is found that the proposed designs are feasible and theperformance is satisfactory. 練光祐 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 106 en_US |
