Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 101 === In this study,waterborne polyurethane resin was prepared on fixed molar ratio of NCO/OH(R value) by prepolymer mixing process,by adding different proportions of silicone diol content,to enhance the performance of hot water resistance . And the experimental resin was used to prepared skin of waterborne PU synthetic leather to explore the effect of silicone diol content on surface texture of effects on the leather. Experimental results show that under the fixed value of R, with the increase of silicone dio addition amount,there is small increase in modulus,but the hot water resistant test results of the leather show that with the increase of silicone diol content,leather surface texture show no significant swelling phenomenon,and has excellent hot water resistance.
