Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 自動化科技研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this paper is to study electromagnetic actuator and to improve magnetic force. First, we use the physical phenomena of electromagnetic in electric energy field, the magnetic energy field, and the mechanical energy field to establish the mathematical model and using the ANSYS to calculate magnetic field strength, magnetic flux density distribution. By the simulation result of ANSYS and Matlab, we can get result and measured to be verified, the factors that related to influence vertical thrust can be identified. This result can provide future researchers or designers a referral of designing electromagnetic which can shorten the design process. The results of my experiment have showed that the characteristics of electromagnetic fields can be analyzed by setting different the working gap, such as the distribution of magnetic line and magnetic force. Furthermore, there will be a better quality by adjusting the size of electromagnetic drive, the character of magnetic material or the configuration of movable magnetic axis.
