Each family communications activities which is hardware and software installation and repair services is also increasing, telecommunications companies will arrange appropriate telecommunications engineers to provided communicate service with the customer. This study will develop multiple-objective optimization on intelligent rout planning for telecom. engineer assignment. To assist telecommunications companies base on the customer receiving the service order quickly assignment the engineers should service which customers. Previous routing planning only investigate genetic algorithms (GA), rarely study particle swarm optimization(PSO). Therefore, the paper study and compare the genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm for solving multi-objective optimization model.
