This problem modeled as a non-cooperative and cooperative game. Two inventory models are structured in the game framework. Corporates can reduce costs through managing the supply chain more effectively. To find the best production quantity for the vendor and the ordering quantity for the buyer, integrated single-vendor single-buyer inventory model is then proposed with the aim to minimize the total costs of the entire supply chain. In this paper, the problem of how to coordinate decisions in terms of pricing and ordering quantity in a two-tier supply chain among a single seller and a single buyer.
