This study, regarding volunteer management as human resource management of volunteer, explores an effective model of human resource management of hospital volunteers. According to the relevant journals in this field, and the analysis and synthesis of files in various hospitals, we conclude that the main activities of human resource management of hospital volunteers are recruitment and selection, educational training, encouragement, evaluation, and welfare. Therefore, this study is conducted to answer: (1) What are the main activities of effective human resource management of volunteer in hospital organization? (2) How do main activities of volunteer management affect volunteer management? (3) What difficulty does the volunteer management confront and what are possible solutions? In order to deeply explore the model of human resource management of volunteer of hospital organization, this study chose Taichung Veteran General Hospital as a study case . This study adopted qualitative method, including interview and data analysis. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. (1) With complete and convincing recruitment system, it is easy for Taichung Veteran General Hospital to attract people to join as a volunteer. (2) To meet the need of hospital evaluation, the coordination of educational training course and the volunteer service has become an inevitable trend. Besides, group training would specifically satisfy volunteer’s need. (3) Hospital organization needs to take the welfare of volunteers more seriously, encourage volunteers with multiple rewards, and provide feedback with the organization support. (4) A complete establishment of performance evaluation system and a detailed information collection of volunteer performance have a great impact on volunteer’s cognition, attitude and behavior. 呂朝賢 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 100 zh-TW |
