| Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === “Sustainable Development”has been recognized as the most difficult challenge the enterprises have to face in the 21st century. However, one of the essential conditions to reach the purpose is to fulfil Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sincerely. In the past, people thought CSR is to make the most profit for shareholders. But with the pulsation and changes of the society, CSR has derived out enterprise's ethics, enterprise management, and different topics, such as environmental protection ,etc.. One so-called“ Sustainable” enterprise, or an enterprise with “ Sustainable Development”, must be the one which can coexist with the environment harmoniously, and the one that is devoted to environmental development.
The main purpose of this study is to understand what Corporate Social Responsibility Practice (CSRP) the Hair O’right International Corporation has done, and to explore its motivation, the way to response, and the relationship between SCSR and Sustainable Development.
Literature review, data collection, questionnaires, and interviews are used in this study. And then generalization and analysis are also used. The finding is that Hair O’right International Corporation has implemented 10 CSRPs, and these are as including in central strategies and plans, and belong to the category regarded as for the Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (SCSR).
This study offers related suggestions to Hair O’right International Corporation:
1.Continue to innovate Corporate Social Responsibility Practice (CSRP) and seek for the sustainable development of the cosmetic enterprise.
2.Get the qualification of ISO 22716 and TFDA GMP
3.Fulfill experiential environment education through tourism factory.
