However, there has no clear labor divisions and thus many problems appeared in management which results in a decrease of business revenue.
The finding of the study also shows the production of flora in Taichung city accounts for 75% in Taiwan. From this viewpoint, it can be clearly seen the flora consumption is overwhelming. Therefore, management strategy plays an important role in how to manage a flora center in the huge flora commercial industry.
The research based on the interviews held in Big Bodhi Flora (BBF) center shows the organization is well structured and the company has its own SOP (Standard Operation Process) strategy pertaining to managing different divisions of labors and responsibility attitudes. Under this strict SOP, every employee understands his/ her own responsibility towards given tasks. The company provides rewards for outstanding employees which in a way improves company cohesions. Moreover, the finding discovers there will be a positive help for local industries and the public to gain knowledge on floras if the local government holds more activities related to flora festivals.
