Ever since the 9-year consistent curriculum being carried out, it was more and more important to emphasize leading students to go out of classrooms, learni ng from doing, and experiencing explorative outdoor teaching curriculum. The purpose of this study is not only to understand the current situation of selected the types o f outdoor teaching location for the elementary school but also to explore whether the types of ou tdoor teaching location are influence to the reflecting learning and the learning satisfaction of the students; at the same time to analyze the relationship between the types of outdoor teaching location and the learning satisfaction of the students, and also to explore whether the teaching preparation before outdoor will affect the reflective learning and the learning satisfaction of t he students who are in the types of outdoor teaching location. The target of this study is the senior students of elementary schools in Yunlin County, Taiwan, a nd the topic of the questionnaire for this investigation study is “The study of learning satisfac tion, reflective learning, and the selection with types of outdoor teaching location types of the elementary school students”. There were totally 403 copies of questionnaires issued and among the m there were 400 effective ones; and the data were analyzed by reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA analysis, t-test analysis and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. By the empirical research the results revealed as followings: 1.There are significant differences in the different types of outdoor teaching location in the re flective learning of students. 2. There are significant differences in the different types of outdoor teaching location in the l earning satisfaction of students. 3.There are significant differences in the different types of outdoor teaching location in teache rs’ teaching preparation. 4. The reflective learning of the students in the outdoor teaching has significant influences to the learning satisfaction. 5. The teaching preparation before outdoor is of the moderating effect to both the reflective lea rning and the learning satisfaction of the students in the outdoor teaching. From the analysis result of this study, it was realized that the types of outdoor teaching locati on will affect the reflective learning and the learning satisfaction of the students; the higher the reflective learning of the student has, the higher the learning satisfaction will be; and the teaching preparation before outdoor is of the interference effect to both the reflective learning and the learning satisfaction of the students. The study results will be provided to the teachers or the teaching units for the references in the selection of outdoor teaching location in the fut ure.
