The purposive sampling method was used to conduct surveys with structured questionnaires among full-time faculty from the Northern Costal Patrol offices. A total of 331 participants returned valid responses making the valid response rate 91%. The result revealed that military identification had positive impacts on all job consequences including military performance and organization citizenship behaviors. Furthermore, military obedience had the mediating effect on the relations between military identification and military performance and the partial mediating effect on the relations between military identification and organization citizenship behaviors.
