In this study, a survey of questionnaire was conducted and 295 valid samples were collected. The methods of data analysis include descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA analysis, Scheffè after comparative law, and Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The results are as follows: 1.Female employees have higher degree of work-family conflict and they show deeper feelings in terms of “pressure-oriented” and “time-oriented”. 2.Female employees of the restaurants with work-family conflict show significant negative impact on well-being. 3.Having the attachment to pets has no significant effect between work-family conflict and well-being. 4.Female employees of the restaurants have higher degree of leisure coping strategies, and show significance in sub levels. The most significant one is “enhancing positive emotions leisure.” 5.Restaurants female employees can adjust the negative impact between work-family conflict and well-being by using leisure coping strategies. 6.Those who are single or married without dependent children and those who are middle-level managers are more likely to feel well-being through leisure coping strategies.
