Further, this research examines the fitness and feasibility of the financial teaching materials for the elementary school, and the effect of the financial teaching after carrying out the managing-money educational courses. For achieving this goal, after compiling the managing-money teaching materials, this research performs a series of teaching activities to the research objects (the senior of elementary school). Moreover, the managing-money cognitive tests, which are paper forms, are performed before and after the managing-money teaching courses, then the test results are analyzed by statistical methods. The main findings are as follows: 1. It is feasible for the financial education at the stage of the elementary school. 2. The managing-money materials the study compiles are highly accepted and suitable for the pupils of elementary school. 3. After teachings of managing-money courses, the financial knowledge of the pupils of elementary school is improved immediately. 4. After teachings of managing-money courses, the schoolgirls’ degree of managing-money cognitive is significantly high relative to the man students. Finally, according to the results in the study, this research provides suggestions on the teacher, parents and school, where the suggestions are for references of driving financial education of the elementary school.
