Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 健康產業管理學系長期照護組 === 101 === The CRN(Clinical Research Nurse)plays a key role in the clinical trial process and a pivotal role in attaining the highest ethical standards which ensure data integrity, contributing to the protection of participators, and ultimately, confirming the research success of site. At these situations, they had heavy responsible burden directly by themselves from physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects. Therefore, they often become burnout easier. Some common conflicts induce job burnout, which include work demands, family demands, and personal factors. In addition, the conflict between work and family might explain job burnout or satisfaction of the employees. Some researches discussed about the above constructs, but there were rarely talking about correlation of work family conflict, work satisfaction and job burnout among the study nurses in Taiwan. This study proposed four hypotheses. The first one is to explore negative association between work family conflict and job satisfaction. The second one is to explore positive association between work family conflict and job burnout. The third one is to explore negative association between job satisfaction and job burnout. And the last one is to explore job satisfaction plays the intermediating role in the pathway between work family conflict and job burnout. By the inclusion criteria, this study recruited the CRN now or ever whose seniority was more than 3 months, and the participators had to sign the informed consent forms. The exclusion criteria were the CRN whose seniority was less than 3 months, the CRN had no nurse license, and women who were pregnant or breast-feeding at sampling. By snowball sampling of the CRNs in Taiwan, from 29 August to 26 October, 2012, 273 copies of questionnaire were collected and 271 copies are effective samples. The data were treated with Software AMOS 18.0 and SPSS12.0 to test the goodness of fit among the measurement and structural models. Based on theoretical support, the research results are work family conflict is significantly and positively associated with job burnout, work family conflict significantly and positively associated with job satisfaction, job satisfaction significantly and negatively associated with job burnout, and job satisfaction with the mediatory effect between work family conflict and the job burnout. And then, consequent analysis of subgroup reveals the influencing factors on latent variables as married status, clinical seniority, average of annual outcome of the family, average hours of overtime, concurrent multiple clinical trials loading.
