Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 經營管理學系碩士班 === 101 === The study mainly discussed the current sitution and effectiveness in homogeneous community senior and vocational high school and was to understand the current situations, possible difficulties and performance from the analysis of data and references. The study adopts Qualitative Research. The research area was the five schools which are subsidized by the project in Yunlin County. The research data are the relevant documents from the five schools and the project . In the study, 12 directors and section chiefs from the five schools are interviewed with the method of semi-structured interview. The results of the study are below: 1.The project is certainly beneficial to students’ performance through interdisciplinary learning and their potential development. 2. Formation of communities is able to inspire teachers to get more involved in their work and to enhance their professional capabilities. 3. The project strengthens people in the communities and parents’ acceptance and identification with schools, improves school recognition and raises school prestige. 4. Students attending nearby schools are free from commutation and that helps them enhance study efficiency. 5. It is necessary to promote and practice the concept of sharing community resources as a trend. 6. The biggest obstacle to the project is the whole education system and unchanged government policy. 7. Adjustment of school teachers and administrative staff is essential, especially administrative staff. 8. The overall concept of education needs to be clarified and the integration of the whole school systems has to be established.
