Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 101 === This study is to develop a voice message system, which is transmitted over the network system, in order to provide elders and solitary people with emotional connection between family members. Besides, the voice message system can achieve features such as attention and reminder, users can not only immediately play at terminal but also designate the day and time of broadcast. Users with smart phone or PC can always send audio files through the network to a remote care robot, in which the audio file is played at a fixed time, and thus the spiritual care is achieved by a remote-care system. In addition, the system also provides a report-back mechanism, reporting safety condition, environmental information and simple physiological signals back to the monitoring end (eg: Blood pressure information, temperature information). The voice message system integrates voice file recording, Bluetooth serial transmission module, Parallax BS2, physiological signal transmission, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, light sensor, Apache Web server, Matlab and C#. The voice message system reduces the burden of family members and caregivers and waste of cost, replaces burdens generated by manual operations, instant judgments, allows elders to have a secure and private free-moving space, and respond effectively to unexpected situations of elders. Currently, there are lots of voice transmission software in the market, the most widely used are Skype, Line, WeChat., etc. Besides, there are much text information, for instance, real-time voice transmission; however, almost all of them are only limited to real-time voice transmission and synchronized transmission, but for voice calls class, apart from the voice message transmission line, there is no delay in providing voice transmission recently. This system provides simple voice transmission delay for family members (elderly and children) to build up a communication bridge, users can designate the delay time sent and the time played. And with the aide of sensing device and physiological information transmission equipment, both physical and mental health management of distant family members (elderly) can be implemented thoroughly. The aim of this study is to make contributions to the community, monitoring the long-term physiological conditions of elders, supporting healthcare professionals and family members with voice reminders, warning of physiology measurement, health condition maintenance and other activities.
