This research intends to provide suggestions to school for enhancing their servicing and guiding of the goodwill ambassadors, and for managing and studying the student organizations. This research employs qualitative research method and uses case study, and the targets for the study are the Goodwill Ambassadors of T University. We also perform the document analysis, interview and field observation. Through observing and interviewing thirteen students, and followed by the discussion and further analysis, we summarize the collusions and suggestions as follows: I. Conclusions: (1) These college students get involved in the Goodwill Ambassadors with a variety of reasons. They want to do something good for themselves, yearn for doing good deeds for others, and to put the social perspective into their considerations, which are the major factors motivating them to join in, and each student is inspired by two or more factors. (2) Their decisions of joining in the Goodwill Ambassadors are influenced by other individuals, their teams, or the persons who have great influence on them. The peer encouragement is the key. The motivations which keep the students to stay are the same factors mentioned at item (1) above. (3) While serving others, the difficulties and the barriers are inevitable. Facing and dealing with these challenges appropriately is a part of their growing, and it is also a wonderful learning experience for these Goodwill Ambassadors. (4) From serving others, these college students gain professional skills and knowledge, get insight into their life, turn out to be mindful in the daily livings, and learn how to interact with others. As a result, they turn into more positive and inspirational. II. Suggestions: (1) To enhance the student’s spirit of serving others. (2) To improve the effectiveness of the school administration, and to attend to the long-term outlook of the school. (3) To encourage the students to carry out their learning from serving others in their daily livings. (4) To inspire the students to cherish each service opportunity, and to encourage them to learn how to adjust their attitude properly while serving others.
