In order to achieve the objective of this study, reviewing literature about the correlated themes was first adopted. After checking the reliability and validity, the research instrument—“The questionnaire of the study of the relationship between teachers’ professional development and teaching effectiveness of elementary and junior high school special education teachers in Tainan” was used. The study adopts stratified purposive sampling with subjects who are the special education teachers in elementary and junior high school in Tainan, and a total of 335 valid copies are received. The research data acquired was analyzed based on the research purpose. Findings from the analysis are summarized as follows: 1.The performance of the teachers’ professional development of the special education teachers in elementary and junior high schools is good. 2.The performance of teaching effectiveness of the special education teachers in elementary and junior high schools is good. 3.The senior teachers perform more active in professional development. 4.The resource room teachers perform more active in professional development. 5.The resource room teachers perform more active in the effectiveness of teaching atmosphere. 6.The correlation between teachers’ professional development and teaching effectiveness is found positive comprehensively and separatly. 7.The teachers’ professional development readiness have a good forecast in their teaching effectiveness;especially, the “curriculum design and instruction” has the best forecast in teaching effectiveness. 李坤崇 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
